In the bustling atmosphere of the last days of the Year of the Tiger, today, January 11, 2023, the Alphanam family organized a birthday celebration program for General Director Nguyen Minh Nhat with the theme "My Boss Number One". The program took place in a warm, close space with joyful emotions of Alphanam Family members and the main character - General Director Minh Nhat.

General Director Minh Nhat, for every Alphanam person, is a leader, a pioneer, and a creator of great values ​​in the development of Alphanam Group today. To talk about Mr. Minh Nhat, perhaps "Number One" will be the most correct and meaningful word for you. Over the years, the General Director has joined hands to help Alphanam adapt, transform and rise despite facing many difficulties and challenges. Besides, the General Director is also the Boss who always gives direction and gives the best inspiration to the Alphanam family.  

Không gian tại chương trình “Sếp tôi Number One” được setup, bài trí ấm cúng, nhẹ nhàng với những lẵng hoa, giỏ quà cùng những lời chúc ý nghĩa mà người Alphanam dành cho Tổng Giám đốc Minh Nhật được gắn trên những trái bóng bay nhiều màu sắc. Và đặc biệt, phần đầu chương trình là tiết mục nhảy vui tươi “Anh Sếp em Number One” do chính CBNV Alphanam lên ý tưởng, biên soạn và biểu diễn.

Chia sẻ tại chương trình, với bức ảnh đầy ý nghĩa về hai thế hệ lãnh đạo Alphanam, Mr. Bùi Hoàng Tuấn gửi những lời chúc đến Mr. Minh Nhật: “Chúc Tổng giám đốc của chúng ta sẽ luôn tràn đầy sức trẻ, tràn đầy nhiệt huyết để chèo lái con thuyền Alphanam tiến về phía trước“. 

Chủ tịch Nguyễn Tuấn Hải gửi đến Mr. Minh Nhật lời chúc đầy ý nghĩa: “Năm 2023, chúng ta có rất nhiều mục tiêu, nhiều việc phải làm cho hành trình Vượt Vũ Môn. Hôm nay là một ngày đặc biệt – sau Tết Dương Lịch, trước Tết Nguyên Đán và cũng là sinh nhật của Minh Nhật, chúng ta có được khí thế mới, bước tiến mới để tiến lên những nấc thang mới. Chúc cho Minh Nhật sẽ dẫn dắt Alphanam chinh phục những đỉnh cao mới và luôn là người Sếp “Number One” của tất cả thành viên Alphanam”. 

Tiếp nối chia sẻ của Chủ tịch, Tổng giám đốc Nguyễn Ngọc Mỹ bày tỏ với Mr. Minh Nhật: “Em luôn nói rằng, sinh nhật của anh Nhật rất đặc biệt, vì đó là một ngày có rất nhiều số 1. Đối với bản thân em, anh Nhật cũng luôn là số 1. Hôm nay tất cả anh chị em ở đây đều cảm nhận sâu sắc ý nghĩa của chủ đề mà em cùng team Marketing đã lựa chọn, đó là “Sếp tôi Number One”. Lời bài hát trong chương trình có một câu rất hay: “Sếp tôi không vinh danh, nhưng là Idol của tất cả mọi người”, hy vọng anh luôn cảm thấy được điều này trong tình cảm của người Alphanam. Em chúc anh Nhật luôn anh minh, luôn tỏa sáng như mặt trời, luôn là bờ vai vững chãi, người thuyền trưởng vững chắc của gia đình Alphanam. Cùng với sự ấm áp, bền bỉ của mình, Đại gia đình Alphanam sẽ luôn đi cùng anh tới những chân trời mới“.

Faced with the feelings of the "small family" and "big family", General Director Minh Nhat was moved: "2022 is a year of big changes and many new things. At Alphanam people, we not only adapt flexibly to market fluctuations, overcome many difficulties and challenges, but we also deploy many new projects. The year 2022 for me and my family is also meaningful when we welcome two more babies, Minh Lam and Minh Triet. Hopefully, in a few more terms in the future, they will be able to contribute to the Alphanam family. In 2023, the Alphanam family will continue to take new steps with me cautiously and firmly but still full of confidence to get the best results."
